LibreMind provides an interface to interact with Large Language Models (LLMs) customized for emotional support. By using the Service, you acknowledge that you are communicating with a machine learning system, not a human being.

Our backend utilizes a real-time Safety Circuit to classify high-risk inputs. You agree that:

• LibreMind reserves the right to block AI generation if your input triggers our self-harm, violence, or abuse classifiers.
• In such cases, the system may automatically redirect you to static crisis resources rather than engaging in conversation.
• While we strive for accuracy, the Safety Engine is automated and may occasionally produce false positives (blocking safe content) or false negatives (missing risk).

Due to the probabilistic nature of LLMs (Gemini/Vertex AI), the Service may:

• Generate "hallucinated" or factually incorrect information.
• Produce responses that seem empathetic but lack actual consciousness or intent.
• You agree not to rely on the AI for critical life decisions, financial advice, or medical diagnoses.

You may not use LibreMind to:

• Attempt to "jailbreak" the AI to bypass safety filters or generate illegal content.
• Reverse engineer our prompt engineering or 3D rendering code.
• Pretend that the AI-generated content was written by a human professional.

You own your input data. However, you grant us a license to process and vector-embed your text solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that repeatedly trigger our abuse filters or violate the API terms of our underlying infrastructure providers.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LibreMind Inc. shall not be liable for any distress, psychological harm, or damages arising from your interaction with the AI. You use this software entirely at your own risk.
