1. No Doctor-Patient Relationship
Use of LibreMind does not create a doctor-patient relationship. The conversation you have with the AI is not a medical consultation.
The insights provided by the system regarding your mood, tone, or anxiety levels are derived from mathematical pattern matching, not clinical assessment. They should be treated as "journaling prompts" rather than medical facts.
2. Not a Medical Device
LibreMind has not been evaluated by the FDA or similar regulatory bodies as a medical device. It is not intended to cure, treat, or prevent any disease.
- Do not disregard professional medical advice because of something you have read or heard on this app.
- Do not delay seeking medical advice because of your interactions with the AI.
3. The Limits of AI Empathy
While our AI is trained to be supportive and empathetic, it is incapable of true human judgment or intervention.
- The AI cannot physically see you or assess physical symptoms.
- The AI cannot contact your family or local authorities for you (unless specifically triggered by our extreme-risk safety engine, which is not guaranteed).
- The AI may misunderstand sarcasm, metaphors, or complex emotional nuance.
4. Medication & Treatment
LibreMind will never recommend specific prescription medications or dosages. If the AI inadvertently generates names of specific drugs, this is a "hallucination" and should be ignored. Always consult a licensed psychiatrist regarding medication.
5. Data Accuracy
Our "Mood Tracking" and "Risk Analysis" features rely on user-inputted data. If you provide inaccurate information to the system, the feedback it provides will be inaccurate. We are not responsible for any outcomes resulting from false or misleading data input.
